His request wasn't too detailed so I just decided to do what I want. The wind is lifting up Chi Chi's skirt to reveal the diaper she has underneath. Master Roshi seems to be enjoying it, of course. Maybe Master Roshi had something to do with the wind? Either way Chi Chi is pissed and ready to beat up Master Roshi for being a perverted old man.
